No Guarantees of Results: Whether you are taking a course or receiving 1-on-1 consulting, we do not guarantee any specific results, income, or success. Business involves inherent risk, and your results will depend on your individual effort, market conditions, execution, and other factors beyond our control. Any testimonials or examples shown are not guarantees that you will achieve the same results.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own business decisions, actions, and results. You agree that The Average Joe's MBA is not liable for any success or failure of your business that is directly or indirectly related to the purchase and use of our information, products, or consulting services.
2. Accounts and Security
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included in our courses and website (such as text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials) is the property of The Average Joe's MBA and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent. You may not share your login credentials with others to allow them to access the course.
4. Consulting Confidentiality
For clients engaging in our professional consulting services, both parties agree to hold all proprietary or sensitive business information shared during consulting sessions in strict confidence. We will not disclose your confidential business strategies, financials, or trade secrets to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law.
5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Pricing: Prices for our products, courses, and consulting services are subject to change without notice.
Course Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the specific checkout page for a product, all course sales are final. If a specific satisfaction guarantee or refund window is offered for a particular course, the terms of that refund policy will apply as outlined on the checkout page.
Consulting Services Fees: Consulting fees are billed as outlined in your specific advisory agreement or checkout portal. Because consulting involves the immediate expenditure of our time and expertise, fees paid for consulting services already rendered are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling of consulting sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
